Annual Spring fair highlighting and supporting agriculture in the local ommunities of Cavan Monaghan and Otonabee South Monaghan Townships. Variety of events including, a parade, midway, truck/tractor pulls, demo derby, 4 x 4 mud bog, homecrafts, educational kids day, antique tractor, beef and rabbit shows. Friday and Saturday evenings feature local entertainment in the Beer Barn.
